Instead of the classic flakes obtained by using a grater, this tool allows you to cut slices of cheese that are ideal on a variety of dishes, from main courses to sides and sandwiches. Easy to use and easy to wash, this utensil will be an excellent addition to your customers’ kitchens. The engraved Parmigiano Reggiano logo on the blade stands out as a brand that is easily recognisable even by consumers abroad. The slice of cheese rests on the end wall of the blade after cutting, allowing it to be moved from the wheel to the plate without the need for a second tool. For the handle we decided to use wood from the rubber tree (Rubberwood), known as an environmentally friendly material.
